Snow hits area again
Approximately one-to-two inches of snow fell Thursday, Feb. 4, blanketing the area with another layer of the white stuff. Wet snow continued to fall throughout the day Friday with most turning to a slush mixture on the roadways and sidewalks.
County approves budget,

“This is the first time in many, many years there will be no raises,” said Morgan County Presiding Commissioner L.M. “Sonny” Earnest, Friday, Jan. 29 as the county commission approved the 2010 budget.
