Girl Scout helper

The activity was part of a Girls Rock program Monday, June 29 sponsored by the Tipton Girl Scouts and held at the United Methodist Church. Kindergarten through sixth grade girls learned basic Girl Scout ways and discovered what makes them special, tapping into their interests, values and dreams.
Trivia contest to raise funds for Finke Theatre
Participant will be challenged to test their knowledge at the Finke Theatre Think Tank at the Moniteau County Nutrition Center on Saturday, July 25. Questions, divided into six categories, will follow the theme for the evening, All about Summer. Doors open at 6:30 and the contest begins promptly at 7 p.m. Persons 13 and older are eligible to participate.

The Price James Library staff will have story time for ages three through kindergarten beginning on Tuesday, July 11 from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Please check the hours and bring your child or grandchild to join the fun.
